Questions from caterers
Will you forward enquiries to me?
No. We do not forward enquiries to caterers and we do not sell leads. Visitors see your profile and contact you directly, by phone or, with Premium, via your linked website.
How do I pay?
The basic listing is free. Premium (€149 per year) and Premium+ (€349 per year) are invoiced after we have checked your details. There is no commission and no fee per contact.
When can I show “organic” on my profile?
Only with valid organic certification. Provide your organic control number (DE-ÖKO-0xx); we check it before publishing. We show vegan, regional or reusables when your website or documents prove it.
My business is already listed. What now?
Claim the listing using the button on your profile. You can then correct details, add a description and book a premium package if you wish.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Premium packages run for 12 months and only renew if you confirm. The basic listing stays free for as long as you do not ask us to remove it.
